We just moved here from the Boston area so we had to change over our licenses. Typically, this is always a long, tedious, process. We were treated by smiling faces that were so pleasant and helpful. The wait wasn't bad, the wait area was comfortable and not hectic in the least. The Rep that helped us, Kimberly, was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We were done in no time with our new FL driver licenses. I've always dreaded having to deal with the DMV but wow, this was quite a wonderful change from what I was used to.
Call first to make sure you can't use the drive through. Depending on when you go in it can be a quick trip or a long wait. With one exception, the staff is friendly and helpful.

Over two hour wait and still wasn't seen I need one simple form and I can't even get that I wish I could work at their pace
