Brought a fairly neglected mountain bike in, needed a tune, couple spokes fixed, two new tires. Was informed my drive train was wearing out and needed a new chain possibly new cassette. Ok fine. Get bike back next day but chain skips like crazy. Needed new cassette and they didn't have it. Had to wait a whole week for replacement. Got bike back, still shifts like potato. Took everything apart Axles not lubed, in fact, it doesn't look like anything was lubed or cleaned and yet the fee was $89 for "basic bike maintenance" I was also charged a separate tire mount fee, as well as a chain replacement fee. All in all I was without a usable bike for over a week, spent $289.71, and still had to index my rear mech, and lube everything myself. Won't be going back.
I go by this shop on most of my rides along the Withlacoochee State Trail. Two road bikes that I bought had problems with bearings. This shop re-built all the bearings for a very reasonable price. I have hundreds of miles on both bikes and they are still working fine.
You could just tell these two loved what they were doing and wanted you to have a good time. They were super nice and full of energy.

Went here for a new bike on 2/24/17. Justin helped me find the right sized Xcaliber 8 and some accessories. What a great shop. You dont feel like a noob at all when you shop here. This is the friendliest shop I have been to and Ive been looking at several trying to find the right bike.
This place is great!!! There are only 2 people working there, but they work like lighting.

Drove 3Hours to get to this store because they were the only ones who had the Catrike 5.5.9 in stock. So glad we went there, Tyson is absolutely fabulous. We bought the Black 5.5.9 with some add on's and are driving back up again to buy another one. This shop is awesome, customer service is TOP NOTCH and there is an awesome bike trail right there to try your bike out on.
In under 5 minutes our equipment was paid for and ready for us to use when we walked outside! Speaking of these 2 folks they were outstanding! Not only did they get us all the proper bikes in under five minutes, but they also gave us free of charge cold water bottles, a mini air pump and equipment to fix the bike if it needed repair (they didn't the bikes were in perfect condition ) they also installed little fit bits on to the bike handles. They also do repairs and restoration for any bikes you own. Also if you like a bike that you rented from them you could customize and buy it. Did I mention that the prices for all this is super cheap when compared to the competition? And that they were awarded for their amazing customer service?
