They always do a great job! I take all my cars here. Where else can you get a hand wash, hand dry, and vacuum for under $20?! They do windows, too!
This would be a 5 star review because they did an awesome job detailing my truck. But... While they were cleaning my truck, they knocked the rear view mirror off of it. They didn't call me to tell me. They didn't leave me a note. They just rested it back on it's mount. I stopped by the next day to tell them about it, and I waited for 10 minutes in the lobby with no acknowledgement. I've since called 3 times and the phone wasn't answered. I don't care that the mirror got knocked off, mistakes happen. But I do care that they didn't tell me, and then the following experience. Sigh.
This used to be a fantastic place. Today's experience shows that is a thing of the past. I paid $20 a seat to have my leather seats cleaned and conditioned, I'll be heading out to the carport shortly to finish the job. They did a crap job on the vacuuming, didn't finish wiping down the between the seat console, missed spots on the waxing job, there was a puddle on the drivers floor mat when I got in. They claim to have wifi, which I specifically asked about when making the appointment, but there was no way to access it so I lost and hour and a half of my work day on top of the poor quality. One of the things I used to love about the place was the staff, that too has deteriorated considerably....lots of bad attitude although the manager did seems genuinely sorry about the wifi stuff.
I have had my car washed there several times and they do a really nice job and have fair prices
