First we called another firm and they did not call us back. The next day we called them again and they did not get back to us until the 3rd day and then said "maybe next week". So we called Tinsley and left a message. Within 3 hours Steve called us back and CAME RIGHT OVER! Steve fixed the problem, checked everything including around the house outside to make sure all was correct and safe. TINSLEY WAS QUICK TO RESPOND AND DID A GREAT JOB. THEY ARE MY ELECTRICIANS FROM NOW ON.
