not the best UPS store I've been to, I could do without the 'got an amazon return?' statement from the girl when I open the door - no, not always, besides having given amazon often daily business going back to 1999, I think they could stand the occasional return
Way overpriced for supplies and packaging.
Attempted to mail prepaid UPS box, they attempted to charge me $0.80 for a "taping fee", they have no idea what customer service is, and want to try to nickel-and-dime you, no exaggeration, $0.80 for a single piece of tape approximately 16 inches long, they told me they are trying to recoup the loss they probably could buy a roll of tape for a little bit more than that sounds like they're trying to profit, horrible customer service.
This UPS Store employee Jamie says they do not to accept Next Day Packages after 4pm because they are understaffed . It is too tough for them to put your pre-packaged items into a UPS box, tape it closed, and to print your label. The driver who apparently was early could not wait for her to put tape on the package. What horrible service given by Jaime at this store.
Jaime who works there is rude , would not come here again!
