I learned a lot after the fact, that I was ripped off. I was charged for things I didn't need, or use. I was kind of forced to use them, as they took it upon themselves to pick up the body, without my knowledge. I was told that's what the person wanted, yet no pre-payment was involved. I paid over 4000.00 for body storage of about a week, cremation and a simple container.
The best people in the world to work with during this difficult time for our family. They are very personable and very informative. They answered all our questions and gave us all the time we needed. They didn't try to rush us in and out. They're just fantastic people and I have no problem recommending them to everyone.
