I see all the positive reviews are with the purchase. Hope you all have better luck if you need customer service when the furniture breaks. Even with the extended warranty no luck. It has been well over a month and waiting for someone to come and replace the mechanism on my recliner (purchased 4 months ago). They sent the part, but no one to replace it. I really just wish I could get my money back. Never again. Next time I will drive out of town to purchase from a company that stands behind their furniture.

The experience I had was great! My sales person was Bryan. He didn't hover over us while we looked around, but was definitely available when needed.
