Don't waste your time. There are plenty of other flooring stores all over the place, so don't go to Williams.
There is a reason for the telephone. Potential customers utilize it so that they don't waste gas and time on experiences like mine.
Don't bother walking in the door. Salespeople are rude, extremely loud, uninformed about product, and untruthful. I emailed excellent, detailed pictures of the type of flooring I was looking for, and asked specific questions by phone about what was available. The woman assured me that she'd consulted one of her "professionals" and that they had many comparable products to choose from.
I went to the time and trouble to drive all the way to the store and was shown many other types of flooring, but NOTHING comparable. Then the "professional" said they have nothing like it.
