First off, I'd like to say that I did not get my hair cut here. I will explain why throughout this short review: Hair Cuttery is a very nicely laid out place, and seems to make their regular clientèle happy with their services. However, they charge $50 for a simple haircut. If I were looking for something terribly fancy/intricate, sure, I'd have no problem paying this amount. However, simply to get a trim? That's quite a bit more than I'm looking to spend. Today I went into this salon to do a bit of a price check, as I'd read very good reviews on Google and YellowPages, etc. but upon coming inside, I waited patiently for one of the stylists to be available for me to sign in. In this time, a man came in with his son, both of whom were obviously regular customers. They immediately cut in front of me in line, were signed right in, and I was continually ignored throughout this process. No greeting, not even any eye contact was made between myself and these stylists, yet this man and his son were accepted in with open arms, immediately taken back for service. If you're looking for a hair cut that is done by a welcoming salon for a good value, I regrettably cannot recommend this salon.

I read the reviews like normal, some are very crude. My hair dresser moved out of state, so I was on the hunt. I was sceptical at first because a few bad apples wrote hurtful comments. I have come to the conclusion that those few are closed minded and will never be happy. I am eternally greatful I took a chance. I LOVE MY NEW LOOK. All of the ladies are sweet and pretty funny. Give them a chance, you wont be disappointed. I have found a new hairdresser!!!!
Stay away from the pregnant one and the tatt mess.

Save your monies, you are better off at a doggie salon....
I have been to this salon twice now thinking the first time was just a bad experience I gave it a second chance. Both times I have taken pictures with me of what I wanted and both times I have walked out completely unhappy with a color/cut that in no way resembled the pictures that I presented the stylist with. I have spent quite a bit of money here just to have it redone. If the stylist cannot do what is asked then they need to tell the client. I was not requesting anything outrageous so I am not sure what the problem was. I am not one to make a scene at the time I was there but I left completely frustrated and unhappy. Will not be going back!!
I wish you could have seen the mess she was, it was disgusting.
How anyone would hire these two really must be blind.
I love the atmosphere here. The stylists are very knowledgeable and go to great lengths to make sure you get the right cut or color. They actually care about their clients instead of pushing the most expensive service or latest product. Each stylist's personality is reflected from their edgy hair styles to their tattoos. They make you feel so comfortable and important it's hard to pick a favorite.
Needless to say, she looked better going in than coming out.
OMG.. I walked into this place and thought I was in a circus. The girl at the desk was a mess. From her tatts to her shaved head, purple braids and all, not a look of a pro stylist.
I couldn't wait to get her home and redo the damage,
