I am blown away by the standard of service that I received during my delivery at CMH. The nurses, doctors, and staff were exponentially accommodating in the OB department. The nurses were maternal and nurturing and made delivery much smoother than I remember my first one (at a different hospital) being. My comfort level was made a top priority. They even offered photography services for our stay that were free of charge minus the photo charges (which were menial). The room was impeccably kept and they even offered a little token of gratitude in the form of a handy shoulder bag and to-go cup. They even followed up to check on me and the baby and offered for us to come back at any time if I felt too overwhelmed to care for him. From start to finish this has been the best experience with a hospital that I have ever had and I am still blown away at how satisfied I am with their service. I highly recommend it, specifically the OB department.

Both of my grandchildren were born in this hospital, one in 2010 and one in 2015. This is the only hospital I will bring my children and now grandchildren too. The maternity ward is staffed with knowledgeable, friendly caring staff, which is important when you are in transition...anyway. ER is understaffed but accessible, and there are plenty of blankets to go around...so would recommend and will come again. PS Would like to say also, we were there when Hurrican Irma hit, hospital on lock down, my daughter was frightened, nice patient staff, who hadn't been able to leave the hospital in three days...how many of you can remain positive and not get to leave for days?

This place is terrible!!!! The absolute worst hospital ever!!!! I’ve been here for 6 hours and haven’t seen a doctor or nurse yet... absolutely ridiculous!!! staff and the nurses are so rude and they just walk right pass you like you don’t exist... 7 rivers is just as bad!!! Citrus county hospitals and doctors and the nurses suck!!! Idk where the hell these jack asses went to college and got their degrees but they need to take their asses back and get into a new field besides the medical field.

The therapist were really great. They have taken good care of me.

if I could give this hospital a negative star I would. took husband to ER for chest pains and walked into a dirty room with dirty needles, used bloody gloves on floor, n old blood filled tube, blood on the bed and side rails. husband was admitted but 5 hours later was told no beds available and that everyone in the ER was admitted too and we had to wait like everyone else. very rude and unprofessional staff. wouldn't take my dog or worst enemy there
