Florida jewlers is the only place I go to buy my jewelry, I've been their customer for at least 5 years. I won't go anywhere else.
I went in this afternoon to get an appraisal on an Open Heart necklace, with matching ring, and a small diamond.
A lady behind me wanted a watch battery. His demeanor suddenly changed. He brightened and started helping her, dismissing me completely.
It’s a shame the rating goes from 1-5 stars, I’d give it a minus!

The fellow there looked at them. His behavior was snobbish and cold as he told me the jewelry was of little worth. He wouldn’t buy it. Didn’t even offer an appraised value so I could sell it on line.
