I came in today just to renew my license plate sticker. I was told by the receptionist upon check in that I was the only one here waiting to renew my license sticker. It's been exactly 27mins and I'm still sitting here waiting.
Overall good. A bit confusing at times. Best to call in advance if you're unsure of wait times or what documents to bring for licenses, renewals, etc.
just called and the lady who answered was rude, had an attitude when answering my questions. please hire better employees.
Staff was informative and friendly. The waiting for almost 2 hours I didn't care for but once my name was called it was quick and painless.
The staff is very helpful and actually uses other staff members to assist in difficult questions instead of leaving you hanging. The only downfall was my wait of about an hour, but this was not bad considering there was around 30 to 50 (Not exaggerating) people waiting for service. They move through people very fast. I have been there a half-dozen times or so and never had a bad experience.
