I hate this place so much the staff are the worst. I tried to see the IT movie instead of the stupid glass castle and they wouldn't let us. NEVER COME HERE THIS PLACE SUCKS
Nice place... Wish the screen was a bit bigger and could have been a little louder.
I like this theatre, the reserved seats are cool but what ruined it for me was the old ticket taker guy. He has been consistently rude. He always check my purse (which is fine, I understand it's a safety issue) but he's very belligerent about it. It's invasive enough without him being impolite during the process. He even told me to "leave the bag at home next time".
Service at ticket booth and concession stand was very good. Seating was comfortable and area was clean.
Snacks, as usual, are high priced. I enjoy the movie selection and the seats are pretty comfy. No complaints with the staff.
