you lost my prescription that was supposed to be transferred to Highland Blvd, Inverness, Florida. Now they don't have it and you have no records. It is Jan 1st and I cannot reach my Dr. Winn Dixie tells me that they are seeing this happen frequently since you bought out the Main St Winn Dixie prescriptions. I will end up spending several hours at the hospital because I need the medication to breath,.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy ever!!!! 20 minutes on hold just to ask a cash price on a prescription that you wanted $40 more than what Walgreens had it for. Not to mention that every time you go there the drive thru is at least a 20 minute wait.

Occasionally a decent sale but pharmacy is slow and poor service

I received 4 phone calls within a 6-7 minute time frame. I answered 3 of the 4 even though I was in the middle of a long distance telephone call. After finishing the long distance call I called back the pharmacy thinking with the amount of calls in such a short period of time this must be important. A younger sounding gentleman answered and in the space of 2 minutes cut me off while I was speaking twice and then in the middle of a third attempt to explain my purpose he essentially hung up on me and I heard music until the pharmacist picked up. I am 53 and have no problem keeping cool in a hectic environment. I also can move quickly and speak quickly if needed. How is he treating the older folks when he can't handle stress and they are calling for help.? If customer service is mentioned as a reason to do business with this location then I will have a story for them.
