Modern Plumbing (Inverness) came out and repaired both items. .
Our tankless water heater shorted out Christmas week. Modern had to order a replacement from the manufacturer in Houston, TX. It arrived in the afternoon--about 2:30-- of December 29 and they sent Ed out that afternoon to install it.

They were going to come right out for my clogged toilet. I was trying everything I read about on the internet, nothing was working! The technician was on his way in less than 5 minutes! Then 5 minutes later the soap and hot water worked! Called back and informed them I no longer needed them! If I ever need a plumber again these people are it!!!
