Boost, itself, is great in my opinion, the staff is not. I tried to talk to the person at the counter about an issue I was having with my phone and he had no idea what was going on. Maybe he was new, maybe he was baked, I don't know. He was being pretty cocky though. I'll just stay away from the store, as I have been.
