I stopped in on the way home from work and before I picked up my child so I was in a bit of a rush. The store was busy but that's not new. I gathered my items and went to checkout. There were several lanes open and each one had two or three customers at it. They opened a new lane, eliminating my wait as the cashier waved me over. As she was ringing me up she caught someone hurrying by and she directed him to open yet another lane.
Love it
That's why I'm a Publix shopper. Always have been and probably always will be.
I love this public. The workers are always kind & courteous. The lighting inside makes it very welcoming & bright, and the service just furthers that atmosphere.
This is a very clean and well lit store . The employees are friendly and helpful . The meat department is one of the best of any supermarket in Central Florida. They stock many hard to find products such as soy free mayonnaise and local microbrewery beer and ale.
I love love love Publix,,,, SHOPPING IS OUR PLEASURE. all lanes are open. All smiles, even when it's so hard for them. Always ask if I need help. I love my local & any Public. (I only wish online sub ordering was separate from walk in) I walk in to talk to publix people. I like them. It's hard on the workers & embarrassing it looks to have not help us when they are working online, I can tell. U don't complain, but I think they should do it in the back, hidden from others.
And just like that, all the customers were handled quickly, efficiently, and with a smile.
You cannot find a better store based on customer service. Everytime we need help all employees are ready and help. We need some canned goods could not find I saw a meat Dept man asked him and he walked us to the location. Bakery is outstanding .
