Just had my Corvette powered 2001 Silverado exhaust completely done, from headers back to the stainless steel tips using a Canadian made Pro-Flow welded muffler. And I am completely satisfied with the quality of his work. Super clean job, excellent welds, tucked in nicely & straight as an arrow. I am a Machinist by trade, so I have an Eagle eye for perfection.
I would never treat a customer like he treated me.
Jim is the most unprofessional business owner I have ever encountered. I've traveled a lot of states and dealt with a lot of people so that's saying something.
So all of his foul language was being yelled to me while my 3 year old was in an ear distance away also.
I went there because I blew out my exhaust when going 100 mph. Jim took a quick look at it, quoted me a VERY reasonable price. It wasn't cheap but sure as hell wasn't price gouging! And compared to many other shops it would be "discount" as in the name.

A woman, I guess a part owner, asked how did I find them and I said because of the good reviews on the net, but Jim didn't care about that, and He was unphased by my problem. He simply treated it as just another small task and didn't even break pause in his casual conversation with someone else. He and his partner just custom crafted a new exhaust system, with precision, for my car like it was nothing... and THAT'S why you go to an auto shop!~Artistan expertise without fear of being screwed over.
After my truck was on the lift, he asked me "what the F*C* do you want me to do with that"? I said "well, I was hoping you could tell me what my options are" he said I needed an entire new exhaust system!

As he went to pull my truck off the lift, his employee said to me "have her move that car" ( my 3 year old daughter and her mom were in the car and we're there to pick me up while the truck was worked on) well, as the employee said that to me, Jim yelled "I'll just F**K*NG hit her"!
I pointed out how I would do it and he said "you just F*C**ING know everything don't you"
I came in to have my stock exhaust modified in order to fit an aftermarket air bag.
The place looks, a bit run down like a junk yard, there is no waiting area, and the owner is very cavalier. BUT you don't go to an auto shop for show. And only a fool would think that just because someone isn't a collector of art that they themselves is not an artist.

So I've never met this guy a day in my life before. Idk what his problem with life is but he is clearly not what a business owner should be.
It took 55 mins as I stood and watched from the wooden fence, and he made it look effortless. When it was done I gave him his quoted price and a tip, because he was just that good.
