This place SCAMS old ladies who don't know any better. My mother took her vehicle here recently without my knowledge and upon looking at her vehicle after the work, they completely ripped her off. Charged her over $800 to do menial work that takes 5 minutes on the top of the engine, and didn't complete the full job. Even worse, I found vacuum seals which were unplugged to create additional problems. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE.
But if you advertise something you might want to be able to tell your customers how to get it. Or give them other options.
Normally it's good but the last time I took my car here because it was running a little rough, they didn't fix it in fact it ended up breaking down and I walked home. They told me the alternator was bad and replaced it, then the new one burnt out so I got another and same thing I had to leave it overnight the following day I picked it up it worked for a few hours then the alternator burnt out again.. I called toms they weren't willing to refund it or anything.. iv never had a bad experience here till this so hopefully it's just a fluke.
Staff was extremely helpful from the first phone call. I broke down on the side of the rode when my driveshaft fell out from the bottom of my truck. They recommended a tow company that was the cheapest in town. Once my truck arrived, we discussed options to replace my drive shaft because mine was damaged after bouncing down the road at 70mph. During the time they had my vehicle (waiting for a drive shaft to be delivered), they called my multiple times to keep me informed. They also fixed my AC after I got them the necessary part (I chose to provide a part for cost savings). All around they were knowledgable and fair priced. I highly recommend anyone in the Citrus County area to go to them when work needs to be done.
When I thought my transmission was going I put my car in the hands of Anthony. He is the nices and most honest mechanic I have had the pleasure to meet. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a honest and straightforward mechanic.
