Dr Nathan performed my tonsillectomy a few weeks ago, very knowledgeable staff and doctor and very friendly.

Was going to be a new patient when I found out my lousy insurance and it's lousy deductible would make me have to pay "FULL PRICE". On the phone, the staff personnel were rude, hung up on me more than once, and the financial officer doesn't give a damn. They will not offer payment plans, they expect you to pay $150 for the first visit, and they don't care whether or not if you can pay. This is not the way Americans should be treated. I would suggest everyone boycott these types of facilities that are run by foreigners
