Some of the most disrespectful employees I have ever seen. They said they don't do refunds. Employees also gave awful ,incorrect advice on caulking a tub that cost me hundreds to repair. They actually made a snide remark while picking up a internet order that you can tell they really don't want to do. Very glad there are other options out there. Corporate should hear about this store.
High prices and a clueless owner. Doesn't know her ass from her elbow. Not helpful and didn't like that she was called out on not having a clue so asked me to leave....don't wast your money here on over priced crappy products you can find cheaper better quality elsewhere.
The staff all seem to be pretty nice when I am able to shop there. However, the restricted store hours closing at 6 pm limit my ability to do so. I went the other day and was getting there just as they were closing. All I needed was 1 cap and the gentleman closing up would not let me quickly make the purchase. I had to spend an additional half hour round trip to go to Lowe's. Again, the staff all seem to be pretty nice overall.
the most important thing is you can ask for help and get it right away. If the person is not certain they will call another until you get great advice
Friendly staff, i was greeted immediately after walking in. They have a lot of inventory especially lawn power equipment. I needed a mailbox but they didn't have a lot of options but this was a nice clean store.
