Cut the shades too short plus I brought the old shades as samples! I had to go all the way back to have them redone. Exchange person was good customer service. The next person to redo the shades acted like it was my fault! Complained she was missing her meal. Jim
Your better off going to Home Depot the store is packed with long term employees, that are knowledgeable
We stood in the bath department for over a half hour trying to get an employees assistance to buy a tub and wall set. We were repeatedly told by Paul that he couldn't help us and we would have to wait on another employee to assist us. This store really needs more employees. They're clearly understaffed and in need of help.
Ordered flooring to be installed, and paid for it. They forgot about our order, had to find it... Delivered wrong flooring to be acclimated before installation... delivered correct flooring, said it didn't need to be acclimated.... we will see...
